The KC Royals began this trip with four losses in Cleveland, which led into three in Baltimore which included a public brawl between Manny Machado and Yordano Ventura. All that aside, our KC Royals have followed up a six-game winnings streak by losing seven straight.
The boys in blue need to get back to their winning ways and what better than against a division foe.

Comments on Pitching Match-Ups
Game 1: Its’ been a tale of two Kennedy’s this season, the one who pitches at the K and other that struggles on the road. Which one will we see from the KC Royals on Friday night? After an excellent start Sale has struggled his past few starts.

Game 2: Young continues to struggle as a starter, he’s been best when coming out of the bullpen this season. Quintana has a sub-three ERA but is under .500 record wise but he’s been solid for them most of 2016.
Game 3: Duffy didn’t pitch bad against the O’s but had one hiccup and like other pitchers on this staff hasn’t received run support. Latos has been a good accusation however, he’s like say David Price good win/loss record with a high earned run average.
Series Outlook – Chicago, like the Kansas City Royals, have experienced struggles, especially given how they started their season. Jose Abreu and Todd Frazier are the two big bats that on paper seem like concerns given that Adam Eaton and Jimmy Rollins don’t exactly strike fear into your hearts. For the KC Royals it’s been a power outage on offense with runs being hard to come by. Who provides a spark behind Lorenzo Cain and Eric Hosmer? Our Kansas City Royals are 0-7 this trip, will they drop three more and make it a winless trip?
Prediction – White Sox three game sweep
2016 Meetings
In the first six meetings the KC Royals have won five of them, last time they saw one another our boys in blue came back each game. Fans will remember the 7-1 ninth inning comeback but Salvador Perez and Cheslor Cuthbert collided sending Sal to the bench.
