Yesterday, I went over the Kansas City Royals players that I would be looking at in my fantasy league draft coming later today, and in any subsequent drafts that I partake in. Obviously, some of those names are not players that should be taken early, but may be worth a mid to late round selection, especially given some of the alternatives that could be available.

Naturally, there needs to be the other side of the coin. There have to be players that, while they may be rated highly, would actually be worth avoiding. This is not to say that they will not be useful players, or that they will not be of value to the Kansas City Royals – just that there may be better options available later or that these players may be overvalued.

As with any fantasy ranking system, there is a bit of subjectivity to this. Likewise, the statistical categories used by your league may make a player more or less valuable depending on the setup. Players that may not be worth targeting in one league may work a lot better in another. Be sure to look over the categories and value based on your league before putting any stock into advice given from anyway.

What follows are the four members of the Kansas City Royals that I am avoiding this season. If you have others on your list, let us know! Good luck, and happy drafting!
