Triple Play Podcast: PEDs, Miggy & Trout Contracts, Royals Roster, Playoff Predictions

facebooktwitterreddit

On this 12th episode of Triple Play, Reese, Matt, and I kick things off by discussing the new performance-enhancing drug policy that MLB and the players agreed to last week, what parts of the new system we like, and what parts could still use some tweaking. From there, we get into the massive contract signed by Miguel Cabrera and the less-massive contract signed by Mike Trout. In Royals news, we talk about the roster decisions the team faced with the health of Louis Coleman and Omar Infante in question (we recorded prior to Infante being declared healthy enough to play on Opening Day). Finally, we wrap up the episode by going division-by-division and making our predictions for every playoff team and our World Series picks.
