I hadn't really considered Billy since he's got a few more years to go, but he's the type of guy that fits for the organization for several more years. Like you say, he's matured quite a bit and seems to work with the clubhouse as well as he hits on the field. I admit I hadn't given Escobar much thought, but you make the case for him. The one really odd suggestion for extension I would make is Billy for a couple more years. He's matured, he's shown some veteran leadership after challenges the first half of last year, he's consistent and productive, and he's still young. Another couple of years extension at a million per year raise would be good PR and, I think, a good business move. Good look, Gage.
