He's one of three guys who could potentially strike out better than 7.5 per nine next year, and that's a good place to start getting a rotation in line. If a pitcher throws a lot of those pitches early in counts, he'll get more guys out with one, two, or three pitches. If he refines his command and learns to force the hitter into one of two negative choices, he can really take a step forward. That and learning to put guys away when he has them 0-2 or 1-2 are two huge issues for him.
