		<description>I completely agree with you on his two major problems.  When he does try to nibble, he will fall behind and then he has to come to the hitter, and major league hitters can certainly time 95 mph when they know it&#039;s coming, and when it&#039;s flat.  I&#039;d would love for him to be a huge workload guy again for this team as they certainly will need him too.</description>

		<description>Paulino made the second page of fangraphs&#039; pitching leaders in only 20 starts at fWAR 2.6 and I see no reason he can&#039;t do that again, making him a #2 or #1 starter extrapolated to 30 starts. His two major problems, both of which can be addressed, are that he tends to nibble and that his 95mph heater is overthrown, so flattens, straightens, and is hittable. I figure him as the #3 starter and hope he can eat some innings so the bullpen can rest up after Sanchez the night before.</description>
