		<description>If he does get that control straightened out...I think he reaches the ceiling people have for him.  

He could turn out to be a righty version of de la Rosa like you said...also kind of like a righty Jonathan Sanchez - control is spotty but can really rack up some Ks with great stuff.  He&#039;s gonna get a shot at the majors in a couple years if the control&#039;s there or not because he passes the eye test and could add velocity too.  
If he gets the control though...could be fun to watch.</description>

		<description>I am not concerned with the decrease in K/BB ratio as he moved up. I would expect more advanced hitters to be able to lay off more of his pitches out of the strike zone. I would be concerned if he shows no improvement this year however. But I agree he has to get that under control. Jorge De La Rosa comes to mind.</description>
