		<description>I&#039;d overlooked him pretty much all summer, which is a shame because he had a great year.  That K/BB ratio is fantastic and he seems to be getting better as he moves up and gets adjusted.  He&#039;s a touch old for his level, but I think Wilmington is definitely a likely spot for him at one point or another this year.

He&#039;s put in a good number of innings and seems to be able to handle the workload, too.  The Royals seem to end up with a lot of pitchers 6&#039;3&quot; or taller lately...</description>
