That K/BB ratio is fantastic and he seems to be getting better as he moves up and gets adjusted. He's a touch old for his level, but I think Wilmington is definitely a likely spot for him at one point or another this year. He's put in a good number of innings and seems to be able to handle the workload, too. The Royals seem to end up with a lot of pitchers 6'3" or taller lately...
