2010 Draft Prospect: Drew Cisco

Drew Cisco is a RHP who attends Wando HS in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina.  He is the topic of a quick post tonight because he is eligible for the 2010 draft, and is someone I will be keeping an eye on in the months leading up to said draft.
