He was literally the worst every day player in baseball last year, and this guy expects him to turn it all around and lead the Royals to the playoffs? No offense to you Royals fans, as I really do feel for you, but that's just laughable. He can't play defense, he's a below average hitter, and he has awful plate discipline. He'd be lucky to get back up to replacement level (-2.1 WAR in 2009). Funniest part of his answers for me are the ones about Betancourt.
