		<description>Baird was not good. I don&#039;t believe in the 6 years he was the GM did the Royals ever have a starting pitcher who was even above average. I doubt Allard nor Dayton could put together a winning team with 200 million dollars. I bet neither get the chance to prove me wrong, because I&#039;m not alone in my opinion.</description>
