		<description>And he&#039;s so ridiculously cheap, too.  If he was expensive it might make sense, but as it is, he&#039;s exactly the type of guy you want:  low cost, young, and locked up long term.  Getting this type of player is exactly the blueprint for improving bad teams.</description>
