  • Stephen Strasburg gave up only 1 hit in 4.1 IP.  That one hit was a double that came off the bat of Mike Moustakas.
  • Danny Gutierrez gave his 1st runs of the AFL season on Tuesday.  In 2.0 IP, he allowed 3 H, 2 ER, 1 BB, 1 HR, and struck out 4.
  • Tanner Scheppers also pitched on Tuesday and gave up 4 H, 3 ER, 0 BB, and struck out 2 in 2.0 innings.
  • Oakland CF-Grant Desme continued his assault on the AFL.  He leads the league in; HR by 6 with 10, RBI by 6 with 22, and BA by 0.036 with 0.469.  He’s done all of this in just 49 at bats over 12 games.
