		<description>He&#039;s coming out of high school but he already has a ML ready frame (6&#039;4&quot; 207), throws in the upper 90s with a 12-6 curve, and has already tinkered with a changeup so advancing a 3rd pitch in the minors shouldn&#039;t be too tough for him.  As he continues to mature he figures to add a few MPH on his fastball as well.  Baseball America ranks him as the 7th best RHP.  Strasburg, White, Wheeler, Crowe, and LHP-Matzek all figure to be off the board.  I wouldn&#039;t jump on Gibson at 12 based on the recent injury.  If I were picking 4th I seriously consider taking Miller.  My gut tells me he is the guy to take in this draft.  I just hope he is available when the Royals pick.</description>
