As he continues to mature he figures to add a few MPH on his fastball as well. Baseball America ranks him as the 7th best RHP. Strasburg, White, Wheeler, Crowe, and LHP-Matzek all figure to be off the board. I wouldn't jump on Gibson at 12 based on the recent injury. If I were picking 4th I seriously consider taking Miller. My gut tells me he is the guy to take in this draft. I just hope he is available when the Royals pick.
