		<description>The questions about his qualifications, capabilities &amp; game management haven&#039;t subsided as his 2nd year managing an MLB club has unfolded.  If anything the criticism has intensified.  I hate to admit it, because I like Hillman better than most of our managers in the recent past, but it&#039;s the truth.

The more games they lose, the quicker he will be gone (especially if the ones we lose are fairly attributable to managerial decision-making).  But as in most professional sports, winning cures everything &amp; they just need to start putting something together.</description>
